Shipping policy

We ship within Hawaiʻi and the Continental U.S. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. Shipping rate is determined by weight. 

Please keep in mind that the delivery time of your items will vary depending on the orderʻs destination. 

Pūhano Hawaiʻi LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or additional costs due to customerʻs incorrect address entry. If a package is lost due to a customerʻs incorrect address entry, a refund and/or credit will not be given. We will do our best to work with USPS and the customer in recovering the package. The customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.
