Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds: 

For our brand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please consider and confirm you are picking the item(s) you want before you purchase as once an item has been placed, we are unable to adjust the order. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. You can email us at puhanohawaii@gmail.com with your order number, name, and pictures of the damaged product and we will personally assist you to resolve this issue. 

Pūhano Hawaiʻi LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages mailed to the wrong address.
